Project Overview

Celebrating 100 years of the original estate that Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek now calls home

The 100th anniversary is a milestone for us to look back and reflect on RWMOT’s stewardship of the estate, status as an icon of residential hospitality, and aspirations for the next chapter

Concept–Approach

Three part video series that takes viewers on a journey through Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek’s iconic history, featuring archival and modern-day imagery, and interviews with key property spokespeople.

Brand pillars of: Art & Design, Place, Culture, Self, and Taste–will reflect through the three part video series.

  1. Overarching / hero video that communicates the importance of this milestone of 100 years, how the entire hotel operation has been carefully crafted over decades to honor the original property and its legacy (through the preservation of its design, its origins as a private home  our residential style, etc.), how we are carrying forward this approach into our next phase. This could feature Scott, Mary and Gary each contributing different sound bites, or just Scott/Mary, or it could just be a VoiceOver (like showed in the reference video).

  2. Video focusing in more closely on the original design details that the team has preserved and how these have informed your renovations, even your programming (your new art afternoon tea). Key spokesperson should likely be Gary, maybe Rob if you’d like him to participate but I don’t think he is necessary

  3. Video focusing in more closely on the Mansion’s signature approach to residential hospitality – as the inaugural Rosewood this approach has paved the way for the rest of the brand and the industry at large. Now we step into a new chapter and here is how the Mansion is continuing to innovate and delight our guests/deliver the ultimate hospitality experience. Mary should be the main cast here but Scott could play a part
